Centre for Advocacy & Public Service (CAPS) is an initiative of Manavadhikar Samajik Manch, for capacity building of people at large, hand-holding support to the government on policy issues, ensuring equitable distribution of resources, strengthening democratic institutions and raising the voice of the voiceless.
Centre for Advocacy and Public Service (CAPS) work with people experiencing disadvantage to expose discrimination and unfairness. We use test cases and policy advocacy to the people as well as the government to drive law reform and systems change. Our work protects and promotes human rights by challenging government and corporations. We collaborate and partner with others to develop solutions and achieve social cum economic justice.

Goal and Objectives of CAPS
The goal of the CAPS is to improve the policy formulation and analysis capacity of the public sector on one hand, and professionalize the voices of the private sector and civil society on the other, to enable them to interface efficiently in the process of policy, projects and programs formulation, and the implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
